Yes! Your Travel Pass can be used to purchase discounted tickets for you and your companions traveling with you to New Orleans.

When you purchase the NOLA Travel Pass, you will have access to our exclusive member page for 3 months from date of purchase. The members-only portal is where you will be able to access the best deals and discounts for tours and attractions in New Orleans.

*While you will only have access to the member page for 3 months, you can use your Travel Pass discounts to book tickets beyond your three month period. Ex: You buy your pass on February 1, 2024. You will have access to the members-only portal for 3 months, until May 1, 2024. During this 3 month period, you could book tours for your upcoming trip in August 2024.

All Bookings and ticket sales are made directly with the vendor. The NOLA Travel Pass members-only portal only provides the exclusive promo codes which must be used at checkout on the vendors’ website.

No, we do not guarantee the availability of any tour or attraction. We do suggest to book tours in advance of your travel, especially for large groups and during popular travel weekends.

All changes, cancellations, refunds or issues must be made directly with the vendor. FirstTimeVisiting and the NOLA Travel Pass is not involved in any tour operations.
