Travel Pass is designed to purchase discounted tickets for you and your companions. That means you only need one pass to purchase multiple discounted tickets at a single attraction, or any of the 40+ tours and attractions included in the travel pass.

EXAMPLE: A group of 2 purchases one Travel Pass for $25. They may now buy discounted tickets for 2 on all 40+ tours & attractions through the member portal.

Attraction & tour refunds, changes or cancelations for purchases made using our member portal are subject to the operators’ policies, however in many cases our partners do allow refunds within a certain time period.

Considering the low cost and flexibility we provide, First Time Visiting does not offer refunds for the Travel Pass, or any purchases made using the member portal.

When you purchase the NOLA Travel Pass, you will have access to our exclusive member page for 3 months from date of purchase. The members-only portal is where you will be able to access the best deals and discounts for tours and attractions in New Orleans.

*While you will only have access to the member page for 3 months, you can use your Travel Pass discounts to book tickets beyond your three month period. Ex: You buy your pass on February 1, 2024. You will have access to the members-only portal for 3 months, until May 1, 2024. During this 3 month period, you could book tours for your upcoming trip in August 2024.
